Where the teams behind the operating model are built.

Leads Cell runs on named teams with clear ownership — publisher partnerships, advertiser partnerships, compliance, operations, engineering, and client support. Here's what those teams actually do, and how a conversation with us starts.

What working here looks like

People, technology, and data, working the same rules.

Leads Cell operates at the intersection of telemarketing, lead generation, and digital marketing. The people who work here own specific stages of that pipeline under clear rules — not one team doing everything at once, and not results assumed instead of reported.

People

Campaign managers, QA reviewers, and support staff who own specific stages of the pipeline, with clear handoffs between them.

Technology

A routing engine, form builder, and reporting layer built around versioned rules and an audit trail, not manual spreadsheet handoffs.

Data

Validation, suppression, and duplicate checks run before a submission is ever eligible for routing — every check logged, not assumed.

Where you'd fit

Six teams, each owning a stage of the pipeline.

These are the functions the operating model runs on today. A specific opening isn't guaranteed to be open right now — the disclosure below explains how we handle that honestly.

Publisher Partnerships

Publisher onboarding, campaign assignments, caps, and partner success — the relationship side of acquisition.

Advertiser Partnerships

Advertiser campaign setup, delivery models, and performance visibility, from discovery through reporting.

Operations & Delivery

Day-to-day delivery, agent workflows, capacity planning, and the process quality that keeps campaigns on schedule.

Compliance & Data Quality

Campaign rules, disclosure standards, suppression practices, and the reviews that keep every partner accountable.

Engineering & Systems

The routing engine, CRM, form schemas, and reporting layer that the rest of the company runs on.

Client Relationship & Support

Acquisition support and campaign questions for publishers and advertisers, once a partnership is live.

How we hire

The same operating sequence, applied to people.

No mass applications, no automated screening — a short, direct process run by the team you'd actually join.

Intro Conversation

A direct conversation with someone from that team about the role and fit, both ways.

Working Session

A practical look at the actual work — the systems, the rules, and how the team operates day to day.

Offer

If it's a match on both sides, terms are discussed directly — no automated system in between.

Frequently asked

Questions about joining Leads Cell.

Is there a job board or list of open roles?
Tell us which team interests you, what you do well, and the experience you would bring. Contact us to discuss current opportunities and the next steps.
Do I need experience in pay-per-call or telemarketing specifically?
It depends on the team. Roles tied to campaign operations and partnerships benefit from acquisition or call-center background; engineering and systems roles are evaluated more on the underlying skills than on industry history.
Is Leads Cell remote, in-office, or hybrid?
Working arrangements are discussed per role during the intro conversation — it isn't the same answer for every team, so we'd rather tell you directly than post a generic policy here.
What happens after I reach out?
Your message goes to the team you named. If there's a fit worth exploring, someone from that team follows up to schedule the intro conversation described above.
Can I reach out even if I'm not sure which team fits?
Yes — describe what you do and we'll point you toward the team it's closest to, or tell you honestly if nothing lines up right now.
