Service catalogue

Every acquisition and operational service, in one place.

Three ways we bring in qualified demand, and a full range of business technology, data, and managed-team services alongside them — each configured per campaign, not sold as a fixed package.

Telemarketing

Inbound and outbound acquisition, qualification, and transfers — run under campaign-specific scripts, hours, and QA standards, not a generic call floor.

  • Inbound and outbound calling, separated by campaign rule and disposition
  • Verification, qualification, and follow-up scripts owned per campaign
  • Live and warm transfers, with a defined handoff point
  • Appointment setting confirmed against buyer availability
  • Agent QA scored against a versioned scorecard, not an informal review

Lead Generation

Web leads, pay-per-call, and form submissions — sourced, validated, and delivered with a clear line between "delivered" and "accepted."

  • Web forms, pay-per-call, and appointment products, tracked separately
  • Duplicate checks and source attribution on every submission
  • Consent and evidence capture where a campaign requires it
  • Accepted/returned reporting instead of a single "delivered" count
  • Campaign-specific form schemas — not one generic intake form

Digital Marketing

Paid search, paid social, funnels, and landing pages — built for measurement and testing, with client-supplied goals and budget setting the scope.

  • Paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting, planned per goal
  • Landing pages and funnels built and tested against real traffic
  • Client-defined inputs: goal, vertical, geo, budget, and tracking access
  • Creative and audience testing reported on, not just launched and left
  • No invented ROAS or guaranteed-traffic promises

Product comparison

Calls, leads, transfers, and appointments aren't the same thing.

Each product is tracked, billed, and reported differently — worth knowing before comparing a price per call to a price per lead.

Frequently asked

Questions specific to picking a service.

Who owns the script for telemarketing campaigns?
The campaign owner approves the script, qualification questions, and disposition list before a campaign goes live. Agents are scored against that version specifically — not a generic company-wide script.
Can I mix lead generation and digital marketing on one campaign?
Yes — many campaigns pair paid traffic with a lead-gen delivery model. The intake, qualification, and reporting still run through the same pipeline regardless of which acquisition service sourced the submission.
What happens to a lead that fails duplicate or suppression checks?
It's marked Duplicate or Suppressed with a sanitized reason and never reaches a buyer's queue. Required checks that are unavailable hold the lead for review rather than passing it through as clean.
Do operational services require a separate contract from acquisition?
Usually yes — operational services like IT, CRM development, or outsourcing are scoped as their own engagement, even when they support an active acquisition campaign.
How is call quality reviewed?
Against a versioned scorecard covering greeting, verification, script compliance, qualification, and disposition. Results feed back into campaign setup — QA approval isn't the same as buyer acceptance.
