• Publisher and Advertiser applicants. Personal information (name, address, email, phone, and messaging handles), business information (business name, address, entity type, tax ID, website, and years in operation), vertical and program selections, TCPA and compliance-process details, dialer or CRM platforms used, sample call recordings, and data samples submitted through the Publisher Application or a comparable Advertiser onboarding process.
• Consumer data processed on behalf of clients. Where the Services involve handling consumer leads or calls for an Advertiser or client, we process the consumer information included in that submission (for example, name, contact information, consent evidence, and campaign-specific fields) as a service provider, under the instructions and disclosed data-use terms of the applicable campaign.
• Communications. Records of correspondence when you contact us, including through the Contact form, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

2.How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Evaluate and process Publisher and Advertiser applications, including compliance and quality review of submitted call recordings and data samples;
• Operate the Services, including campaign matching, lead and call routing, reporting, and payout processing;
• Verify attribution, detect duplicate or suppressed submissions, and investigate disputes;
• Communicate with you about your application, account, or an inquiry you have submitted;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Services; and
• Comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping related to consent and compliance verification.

3.Consent & Compliance-Related Data

Because the Services operate in the pay-per-call and lead generation space, certain information we collect exists specifically to verify compliance with consent-based laws such as the TCPA. Sample call recordings, data samples, consent-platform details, and DNC-scrubbing practices submitted through the Publisher Application are used solely to evaluate and monitor compliance and campaign fit, and are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, for recordkeeping, or as required by law.

Publishers and Advertisers remain independently responsible for obtaining and documenting any consumer consent required for their own traffic, as described in our Terms of Service.

4.How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

• With Advertisers and buyers, to the extent necessary to deliver a matched lead or call submitted by a Publisher, and to support quality and dispute review;
• With Publishers, to confirm campaign criteria, caps, and payable status for submissions attributed to them;
• With service providers who support our infrastructure (for example, hosting, communications, and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy;
• For legal reasons, where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate suspected fraud or non-compliance; and
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5.Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including the duration of an active Publisher or Advertiser relationship, plus a period afterward to satisfy recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Compliance-related records — such as consent evidence tied to a specific submission — are generally retained for the period required to resolve disputes or satisfy applicable regulatory recordkeeping expectations.

6.Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have specific statutory rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
