What Leads Cell does

One operating model connects acquisition and delivery.

Leads Cell runs telemarketing, lead generation, and digital marketing programs, then routes what they produce — calls, leads, and transfers — through a validated, campaign-specific pipeline to approved buyers.

Publishers apply for campaign access under clear criteria. Advertisers set the qualification rules their campaigns require. Every submission moves through the same accountable stages, whichever side of the pipeline it starts from.

01

Acquisition

Calls, leads, and transfers sourced by campaign-approved publishers and in-house programs, against a defined criteria set.

02

Qualification

Validation, duplicate checks, and required suppression screens run before anything reaches a buyer's queue.

03

Delivery

Routing respects exclusivity, caps, hours, and priority — with outcomes reconciled and reported back to both sides.

Acquisition services

Three ways we bring qualified demand in the door.

Each service runs against campaign-specific rules — script ownership, qualification criteria, and reporting are set per engagement, not assumed.

Telemarketing

Inbound and outbound acquisition, qualification, live and warm transfers, appointment setting, and follow-up — run under agreed campaign scripts and QA standards.

/telemarketing

Lead Generation

Web leads, pay-per-call, appointments, and form submissions — sourced, validated, and delivered with clear distinction between delivery and buyer acceptance.

/leadgeneration

Digital Marketing

Paid search, paid social, funnels, landing pages, and retargeting — built for measurement and testing, not vanity traffic or invented results.

How Leads Convert

From first contact to a reported outcome.

Source

A call, web lead, or transfer enters through an approved publisher or in-house channel.

Report

Delivery, acceptance, and payable status are tracked back to both sides.

CallsLive conversations routed by campaign rule and connection state.
LeadsStructured submissions with source attribution and evidence.
TransfersWarm or live handoffs to a buyer's team mid-call.
AppointmentsScheduled outcomes confirmed against buyer availability.

For Publishers

Monetize traffic you already have.

Apply for campaign access, get assigned to approved buyers, and submit through a purpose-built lead engine — not a generic contact form.

  • Clear criteria, assigned caps, and reporting per campaign
  • Campaign-specific submission forms, not a one-size intake
  • Status, payable state, and lead history in one dashboard

For Advertisers

Buy calls and leads on your terms.

Set your qualification criteria, geography, caps, and hours — Leads Cell routes only what matches, and reports what happens after delivery.

  • Criteria-driven delivery, not blind volume
  • Agreement-based returns with evidence and review
  • Full delivery and decision history per campaign

Accountability is the product, not the promise.

Every submission carries a status, a reason, and a timestamp — not just a result. That's what makes a lead network something both sides can actually rely on.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear from partners.

What's the difference between a lead and a call?
A lead is a structured submission — a form-based record with consumer and qualification details. A call is a live conversation, which may include a warm or live transfer. Both move through the same validation and routing pipeline, but they're tracked, billed, and reported separately.
How are publishers approved for a campaign?
Account approval and campaign approval are separate. After your application is reviewed and compliance is confirmed, a campaign manager assigns you to specific campaigns with their own criteria, caps, and agreement — approval of your company doesn't automatically grant every campaign.
How is qualification handled?
Each campaign publishes its own qualification questions and required evidence. Submissions are checked against duplicate rules, suppression requirements, and campaign-specific criteria before they're eligible for routing.
What reporting do partners get?
Publishers see their own submissions, status, and payable balance. Advertisers see delivered leads and calls, acceptance decisions, and returns. Neither side sees the other's identity, pricing, or internal routing details.
Which industries do you support?
Insurance, home services, legal and injury claims, and debt-related verticals, among others — see the Industries section above. Availability depends on which campaigns are active at any given time.
How do I get started?
Choose Advertiser or Publisher from the Get Started menu. Advertisers describe their campaign criteria; publishers describe their traffic and experience. Both go through a review step before anything goes live.
